Integrated Flight Information Management Systems – iFIMS

iFIMS is a multi-airport operation suite that manages 6 AOT airports: Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Muang (DMK), Phuket (HKT), Chiang Mai (CNX), Hat Yai (HDY), and Chiang Rai (CEI). The iFIMS suite consists of operational modules for planning, pre-tactical, tactical, and post-operation phases.

iFIMS is highly integrated with other systems within the airports, including interfaces with air traffic control. It collects all unified flight-related data centrally and provides it to billing systems for further processing.

SF’s role and responsibility:

SF, as the main contractor, delivered iFIMS at the end of 2018 and has since provided overall maintenance hardware and software and support services 24×7. The SF team is available at all 6 AOT airports and is ready to support AOT operations.

SF’s – related other role and responsibilities:

• SF has provided Rental of Computer and computer equipment with maintenance and support services 8×5
• SF developed based given on AOT’s requirements, provided trainings, trial operations and will support goLive operation of the A-CDM Portal application. It was a nine months development effort and will follow with a one (1) year support services 24×7.
